What is your return policy?

In-Store Purchases

Bixby & Ball will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a full refund made in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition and must be accompanied by original receipt. If returning clothing, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or defective for refund. Within 30 days of purchase, Bixby & Ball will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of the sale {with original receipt} or for the current selling price {without original receipt}. After 30 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All sale items are a final sale and cannot not be exchanged or returned.

Online Purchases

Unless otherwise noted, Bixby & Ball will gladly accept exchanges or returns of merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund made in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition and must be accompanied by original order receipt. If returning clothing, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or defective for refund. After 30 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. All sale items are a final sale and cannot not be exchanged or returned. Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded or credited.

A pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label is included in the information packet enclosed in your package. Affix the label to your package, careful to remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required; however, the shipping costs will be billed to your credit card. Also, please include your name, contact information and original order receipt.

We carefully package every order, but unfortunately damage can occur in transit. If your order was received damaged, please contact us by emailing orders@bixbyandball.com or calling 858.436.7214 within 48 hours of receipt.  After submitting your return request, we will review the information and provide via email an RMA number and instructions for returning the item. Unfortunately, claims made after the 48 hour window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.
